Michael brings a practical, detail-driven approach to reviewing plans and guiding clients through HOA standards, helping homeowners and contractors move projects efficiently from concept to approval with clear communication and realistic expectations.

Vardan Vardanyan -

is a co-founder of VMG Design Review Services with nearly 10 years of public sector experience, including roles in Code Enforcement and Building & Safety. He is highly familiar with rent stabilization laws and tenant/landlord rights, and he brings a practical, compliance-focused approach to helping clients navigate standards and documentation with clarity. Vardan also has several years of private-sector experience across billion-dollar industries—including sales, manufacturing, commerce, and service—which strengthens his ability to balance quality, timelines, and customer service. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach.
